1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

Your Agreement With SMMFOLLOWOM

By accessing, registering on, or placing an order through SMMFOLLOWOM (www.smmfollowom.com), you enter into a legally binding agreement with IT ORM, the company operating this platform. This agreement is governed by the laws of Bangladesh.

These Terms and Conditions apply to all users of the platform, including visitors, registered users, buyers, and resellers. We reserve the right to update or modify these terms at any time. The most current version will always be published on this page, and your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any revised terms.

2. DESCRIPTION OF SERVICES

What SMMFOLLOWOM Provides

SMMFOLLOWOM is a social media marketing (SMM) panel that provides digital promotional services across major platforms, including, but not limited to:

• Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Telegram, Spotify
• Twitter/X, LinkedIn, Pinterest, SoundCloud
• Emerging platforms including Kick, Shopee, and OpenSea

Our services include, but are not limited to, followers, likes, views, comments, shares, streams, and engagement boosts across 1,200+ service options.

3. ACCOUNT REGISTRATION & SECURITY

Your Responsibilities as a Registered User

To access SMMFOLLOWOM's services, you must register for an account. By registering, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information during registration
• Maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials at all times
• Take full responsibility for all activity that occurs under your account
• Notify us immediately at infosmmfollowom@gmail.com if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account
• Do not share your account with any third party or allow others to access it

SMMFOLLOWOM is not liable for any loss or damage resulting from your failure to maintain account security. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts found to be shared, compromised, or misused.

4. SERVICE USAGE POLICY

Acceptable and Prohibited Use

By using SMMFOLLOWOM, you agree to use our services only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not violate the terms of service of the social media platforms you are using.

You are strictly prohibited from:

• Using our services for any illegal, fraudulent, or unauthorised purpose
• Placing orders for accounts that you do not own or have permission to manage
• Using multiple servers simultaneously on the same page or account, which may interfere with delivery accuracy
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, scrape, or manipulate any part of our platform
• Reselling our services in a manner that violates any applicable law or third-party platform terms

Violation of this policy may result in immediate account suspension, cancellation of all pending orders, and forfeiture of any remaining account balance — without prior notice.

5. ORDERING & PAYMENT

How Orders and Payments Work

Placing Orders:

• All orders must be placed through our official platform dashboard
• You are responsible for ensuring all order details, including account URLs and quantities, are accurate before submission
• Orders placed with incorrect details may not qualify for refunds
• Once an order has begun processing, it cannot be modified

Payment:

• All payments must be made in advance before services are rendered
• We accept 15+ payment methods, including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Visa, Mastercard, and American Express.
• Minimum deposit amount is $1 USD
• All transactions are processed securely
• Prices are subject to change at any time without prior notice. The price displayed at the time of order placement is the price charged

Pricing:
Service rates on SMMFOLLOWOM may be updated at any time without prior notice. Price changes will not affect orders that have already been placed and confirmed. It is your responsibility to review current pricing before placing each order.

6. ORDER DELIVERY

How and When Your Orders Are Delivered

SMMFOLLOWOM uses a fully automated delivery system. Most orders begin processing within 1 minute of being placed. However, please note:

• Estimated delivery times are provided as a guide only and are not a guaranteed commitment
• Delivery speed depends on the service type, quantity ordered, and drip-feed settings selected
• We will not issue refunds solely because an order is taking longer than the estimated time
• In the rare case of a technical failure or system outage, delivery may be delayed — we will work to resolve such issues as quickly as possible

For large orders or special service configurations, delivery may take longer. Our support team is available 24/7 via Telegram if you have questions about an ongoing order.

7. CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS

Our Cancellation and Refund Policy

Order Cancellations:

• Orders may only be cancelled before delivery has begun
• Once an order has started processing, cancellation is no longer possible
• To request a cancellation, contact our support team via Telegram immediately after placing the order

Eligible Refund Cases:

• Order fails and cannot be re-delivered by our team
• Duplicate payment or technical error resulting in incorrect charge
• Payment issues confirmed on our end

Non-Refundable Cases:

• Orders placed for private, restricted, or inaccessible accounts
• Incorrect order details submitted by the user (wrong URL, wrong quantity)
• Orders affected by simultaneous use of multiple SMM services on the same account
• Orders that have already been partially or fully delivered
• Dissatisfaction with results that are within the estimated delivery parameters

Refill Policy:
Where a refill guarantee is specified for a service, SMMFOLLOWOM will refill dropped orders within 30 days of the original delivery date. Not all services include a refill guarantee — please check individual service descriptions before ordering.

8. CHARGEBACKS & DISPUTES

Payment Dispute Policy

By using SMMFOLLOWOM and making a payment, you agree not to initiate a chargeback, payment dispute, or reversal with your bank or payment provider without first contacting our support team and allowing us a reasonable opportunity to resolve the issue.

Filing a chargeback or dispute without a valid reason or without contacting us first will result in immediate and permanent account termination, cancellation of all active orders, reversal of any delivered services, and may result in legal action to recover disputed amounts.

9. ACCOUNT TERMINATION

When We May Suspend or Terminate Your Account

SMMFOLLOWOM reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate any user account at our sole discretion, including — but not limited to — the following situations:

Account termination may occur without prior notice in serious cases. Any remaining balance in a terminated account is non-refundable if the termination is due to policy violations.

10. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

What We Are and Are Not Responsible For

SMMFOLLOWOM strives to deliver high-quality services consistently. However, by using our platform, you acknowledge and agree to the following limitations:

• SMMFOLLOWOM does not guarantee specific outcomes, engagement levels, or commercial results from any service
• We are not responsible for any account suspension, content deletion, restriction, or penalty applied by any social media platform as a result of using our services — use at your own risk
• We are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services
• We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by third-party platform outages, algorithm changes, or policy updates by social media companies
• Our services are provided 'as is' — we make no warranties, express or implied, beyond what is explicitly stated in our service descriptions

Social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube, may take action against accounts that violate their own terms of service. SMMFOLLOWOM is not responsible for any such platform-side actions.

11. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

Ownership of Platform Content

All content on the SMMFOLLOWOM platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, service names, dashboard design, and written materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of IT ORM and SMMFOLLOWOM.

• Unauthorised copying, reproduction, distribution, or modification of any platform content is strictly prohibited
• You may not use our brand name, logo, or any associated materials for any purpose without our prior written consent
• User-submitted content (such as account URLs for orders) remains the property of the respective user

12. RESELLER POLICY

Terms for API Users and Resellers

SMMFOLLOWOM welcomes resellers and provides full API access to all registered users. By using our services as a reseller, you additionally agree to:

• Take full responsibility for the services you resell to your own clients
• Not misrepresent our services, delivery times, or guarantees to your clients beyond what is stated in our service descriptions
• Comply with all applicable laws regarding the resale of digital marketing services in your jurisdiction
• Contact our team directly for wholesale pricing discussions. Custom pricing arrangements are available upon request

Resellers are responsible for managing their own client relationships. SMMFOLLOWOM is not liable for any disputes between resellers and their end clients.

13. GOVERNING LAW & JURISDICTION

Legal Framework

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Bangladesh. Any disputes arising from or relating to the use of SMMFOLLOWOM's services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bangladesh.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid under applicable law, that provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

14. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS

How We Handle Updates
