1. DEPOSIT POLICY

How Deposits Work on SMMFOLLOWOM

All services on SMMFOLLOWOM require advance payment. When you add funds to your SMMFOLLOWOM account balance, please note the following:

  • Deposits are added to your account wallet and used to place orders on the platform
  • Deposited funds are non-reversible to your original payment method as a general rule; your balance is meant to be used for ordering services
  • However, if you have a remaining unspent balance and wish to withdraw it, you may contact our support team to request a refund of the unused amount
  • Refund of remaining balance requests are reviewed individually and processed within 24–72 hours upon approval

2. ELIGIBLE REFUND CASES

When You Are Entitled to a Refund

SMMFOLLOWOM will issue a refund either to your account balance or original payment method in the following situations:

a) Complete Non-Delivery of Service

If a service you paid for was never started or delivered, and our team is unable to successfully re-process the order, you are eligible for a full refund of the order amount to your SMMFOLLOWOM account balance.

b) Technical or Payment Error

If a duplicate charge, technical glitch, or payment processing error results in an incorrect deduction from your account or payment method, we will correct the error and issue a full refund promptly.

c) Service Significantly Deviates From Description

If the service delivered is materially different from what was described on the service page — for example, a completely different type of engagement was delivered — you may be eligible for a refund after our team reviews the case.

Note: Approved refunds are credited to your SMMFOLLOWOM account balance within 24–72 hours. Refunds to original payment methods (where applicable) may take 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

3. NON-REFUNDABLE CASES

When Refunds Are Not Available

The following situations do not qualify for refunds under any circumstances. Please review these carefully before placing your order:

4. REFILL POLICY

Our 30-Day Refill Guarantee

Many of our services come with a refill guarantee. If your order drops after delivery, we will top it back up at no additional cost.

  • Refills are available within 30 days of the original delivery date
  • To request a refill, contact our support team via Telegram with your order ID
  • Refill eligibility applies only to services where the refill guarantee is stated on the service description page
  • Refills are not available for services where drops occurred due to account changes, privacy setting updates, or simultaneous use of other SMM services
  • Refill requests are processed within 24–48 hours of being submitted

Tip: Always check the individual service page for refill guarantee details before ordering. Services with a refill badge offer this protection for 30 days.

5. HOW TO REQUEST A REFUND

Step-by-Step Refund Request Process

If you believe you are eligible for a refund, please follow these steps:

    If approved, the refund will be credited to your SMMFOLLOWOM account balance within 24–72 hours, or to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, where applicable

Important: Refund requests submitted after 10 days of the order date may not be eligible for review. Please contact us promptly if you experience any issues.

7. LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS

What to Do If Your Refund Hasn't Arrived

If your refund has been approved but you have not received it yet, please follow these steps before contacting us:

  • Check your SMMFOLLOWOM account balance. Most refunds are credited there first
  • Check your bank account or payment method statement. It may take a few business days to appear
  • Contact your bank or card provider. Some institutions take up to 10 business days to post refunds
  • If you have done all of the above and still have not received your refund after 10 business days, contact us at infosmmfollowom@gmail.com or via Telegram with your order details

8. CHARGEBACKS & PAYMENT DISPUTES

Important: Contact Us Before Filing a Dispute

We understand that issues can arise, and we are always willing to work with you to resolve them fairly and quickly. However, filing a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting our support team is a serious violation of our policy.

Filing a chargeback or dispute without a valid reason or without contacting our support team first will result in immediate and permanent account termination, cancellation of all active and pending orders, reversal of all delivered services, and potential legal action to recover disputed amounts.

9. FRAUDULENT ACTIVITY

Zero Tolerance for Fraud

SMMFOLLOWOM maintains a strict zero-tolerance policy toward any form of fraudulent activity on our platform, including:

  • Use of stolen, unauthorised, or fraudulent payment methods
  • Deliberately placing orders with no intention to pay
  • Attempting to exploit our refund or refill policy through false claims
  • Creating multiple accounts to abuse promotional or refund processes

Any confirmed fraudulent activity will result in immediate permanent account termination, forfeiture of all balances and orders, and may be reported to relevant authorities. No refunds will be issued in cases of fraud.
